Refunds and Exchanges Policy

All Sales Final: Kinslei operates as a small boutique, and as such, we do not offer refunds. How ever we do offer exchanges.

Exchanges: Exchanges are offered for sizing issues, subject to Kinslei’s discretion. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to exchanges.

Exchange Claims: Claims for exchanges must be made within 72 hours of receiving the item. Claims made beyond this time frame will not be considered.


Damages and Issues

Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. Contact Kinslei right away if you discover any defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Damage Reporting: Any damages reported more than 30 days after receipt will be considered the responsibility of the customer.
