Order Processing Policy
Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Express orders will be processed first.
Order Modifications/Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed. Kindly confirm all order details before completing your checkout.
Non-Shipping Days: Kinslei does not ship orders on weekends or major holidays. All shipments originate from our Pennsylvania (PA) location.
Order Confirmation: An automatic confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed. If you don’t receive it within minutes, please check your spam folder.
Item Availability: Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order is placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Security Review: All orders undergo review by our security team and may be cancelled by Kinslei at any time.
Shipping Confirmation: After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Delays: Orders may experience delays during special releases, holidays, or sales events.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses: Kinslei does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders with these addresses will be cancelled.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Order Items: Items marked as pre-order will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility.
Payment: Full payment is required at checkout for pre-order items.
Cancellations/Modifications: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.

Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Free Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, $25.
- Rush Shipping: 1-2 business days, $40.
- Overnight Saturday Delivery: $70.
International Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express.
Note: Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 2-3 day order processing time, although most orders ship sooner and express orders get processed immediately.
Delivery and Liability Policy
Once proof of delivery is provided via tracking, Kinslei is no longer responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are transferred to the courier.
